As long as we're catching the hype train, the pics have some interesting tells:
The picture of the new ships have some interesting articles on them.
This picture shows what appears to be some sort of logistics vessel leaving a sleeper site. It's a three quarter view pic, which shows two ships in tandem. Notice the four spheres on each side of the ships running parallel for a total of four spheres. You can see what appear to be either parallel lines, or some kind of a reflection in these, which are all similar.
Now, take a look at this picture: There is a fifth sphere on top of the ship in this angle. Notice there the four outer spheres seem to have a dull silver color to them, while the sphere on top appears to be void of the silver hue. Also the fifth sphere is reflecting the nebulae "slightly" differently. The spheres on the side of the ship appear to have a pyramid triangle shape reflected in them, or possible its depicting something inside the spheres, while the fifth sphere on top is devoid of this pyramid/triangle ship.
I wonder if this a Wormhole Generation Ship?
Of course this is rampant speculation, but looking at the pictures, and jumping the hype train is fun.
Also +1 for bacon.

As long as we're still riding the hype train:
As I've read some of the other comments, and I re-read a couple portions of Templar One; I'm beginning to speculate that the Sleepers as a player race, would fit perfectly into the scheme of the "permadeath", "perma-suspect" pilots some we're discussing at EVE Vegas. It would tie in greatly to the lore, as well as allowing these "alleged" free to play accounts a starting point in Thera. All wild speculation of course, but it does fit elegantly.
Makes me hungry for more.... |

Agreed on this specifically. A few years ago When I read the "Burning Life", I was constantly thinking to myself: The Sisters of EVE oppose capsuleers on an almost fanatical level. They do a great job of hiding behind their humanitarian efforts, but I've long suspected that we will be seeing more aggressive moves from them. I wouldn't be surprised that a high SOE standing in game will be a gateway for interacting with Sleeper factions in the future. Just pure speculation from the canon I've read. (or rather my interpretations.)

I've been playing in Photoshop as well, but nothing better or worse that what has been supplied already.
It looks like a Paladin is orbiting or parked very close to whatever is cloaked. I realize that there is no real way to determine scale, as forced perspective is pretty easily accomplished in 2D images. That being said, I don't think we're looking at a station or a ship. My guess is this is a Sleeper POS.
It would make sense for Sleeper POS to not have a shield bubble, as their ships are not shield tanked at all, why would their structures be? Maybe the trade off, will be they can be anchored anywhere in space, and you can dock in them, but they can cloak? Or maybe they can only be anchored in Shattered Wormholes? Who knows.
I dig the effort and puzzle though. |

I'm pretty sure Kate was referring, that it looks more like a Structure than a Ship. |
